ENTER Mental Health Annual Conference 2022 - “The experiences of the transition from mental health inpatient settings to community care in Europe”
ENTER is a European Network for training, evaluation and research in mental health. The network was established in 2000 and at present comprises 18 members from 14 European countries (Bosnia Herzegovina, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Spain and the UK). Members consist of universities and their affiliated clinical mental health services and voluntary organisations. A core activity of ENTER Mental Health is to initiate research projects across members. Since 2000, ENTER Mental Health has developed major EU funded projects in mental health, such as EMILIA (Empowerment of mental health services users), PROMISE (Promotion of mental health) and CAMILLE (Empowerment of children and adolescents with mentally ill parents).The theme of the ENTER conference 2022 is the experiences of the transition from mental health inpatient settings to community care (ambulatory shift) in Europe.

The themes for the concurrent sessions are on the topics of:
1. Interventions and approaches to care in community mental health settings;
2. Promoting mental health in the community;
3. Psychological wellbeing for service users and staff members in transitioning to community settings;
4. Barriers and Accelerators of Community Mental Healthcare;
5. Protecting the human rights of people in institutions and in community mental health settings.
6. Mental health in war and conflict-affected zones.
