Description
Join the SEURO project team on Wednesday, 28 May 2025 for the online presentation of their initial findings on scaling European citizen driven transferable and transformative digital health. The project is coordinated by Dr. John Dinsmore, Associate Professor of Digital Health and Integrated Care, Trinity College Dublin and involves 12 partners across five EU Member states (Ireland, Belgium, Italy, Sweden and Austria). The aim of the SEURO project is to evaluate key factors necessary to prepare any EU region to successfully implement and scale innovative, people-centric digital integrated health and social care solutions for multiple disease management. This is an opportunity to see the advancements made by the SEURO team and gain valuable insights into the digital health technologies developed within the project. The webinar will feature key discussions on project findings, including the ProACT digital health technology application's impact on the self-management of older people with multimorbidity and the development of SEURO tools (which support healthcare organisations in the implementation and transfer of digital health solutions in practice). SEURO has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No. 945449.
